Despite Hamilton’s disappointing performance in Texas, Ferrari remains eager to welcome him to their team next year.

The 39-year-old was unable to advance in the Sprint due to a malfunctioning bearing causing a noise in his vehicle. However, the situation deteriorated significantly when he was eliminated in Q1 during qualifying for the main race and then ended up getting his Mercedes stuck in the gravel on the second lap.
Ferrari, his future employers, showcased their dominance in the Grand Prix, achieving their first one-two finish on American soil since 2006. Hamilton’s 2025 teammate, Charles Leclerc, claimed his third victory of the year, while Carlos Sainz, who is set to lose his position to Hamilton, finished in second place.
Despite these developments, Kravitz is confident that the Italians do not experience any buyer’s remorse. He remarked, “Even if Ferrari were not securing race victories, [Hamilton] would still believe that leaving Mercedes was not the wrong choice. The situation evolves from race to race, does it not?”
